Topic: Adding licences

We have some contributors who would like to have added the attribution non derivatives licences to our site (tauranga.kete.net.nz). I notice though that there are only 4 NZ license available for import by administrators (which we have already imported). How would I go about adding these licences (and adding the new CC 4.0 licences as well)?
