Topic: How do I update the "footer" template area of my basket's pages?

As of 1.2, Kete includes the ability to replace or add to the footer area (bottom of a page) on a site wide or basket by basket basis.
You must be a basket administrator for the basket in question and this option must be enabled for your basket. Your site may have opted to not provide this feature to you.
- login
- go to the basket in question (you must be a basket administrator for it)
- click Tools for basket:... > basket preferences link towards bottom of page in red bordered area
- click the Appearance tab
- scroll down to Additional Footer Content field
- use the text editor to enter content you want
- decide if you want to replace or add to the existing footer content, check the box or not appropriately for the replace existing footer with above content field
- if you are a site administrator and want to include Javascript or a form, check Allow forms and other possible insecure elements and attributes in the HTML field
- click Save
If this is for the "site" basket, then what you put in for the footer settings will be used by all pages on the site, unless a particular basket has their own setting.
