Kete, by default, only "expands" (triangle menu icon pointing down) the first Related Items section with items. Subsequent sections are "collapsed" (triangle menu icon pointing to the side) and don't show their listings. The answer to this question tells you how to make all Related Items section "expanded" by default instead.
If you want to have all sections (e.g. Topics, Documents, Web Links) of Related Items to show their listings by default, you can do the following as a site wide administrator:
- visit Tools for Basket: Site > preferences, click on Appearance tab (note you could do this for another basket besides the Site basket, but it would only work for pages within that basket)
- scroll down to the Additional Footer Content field and click the HTML button
- insert the following Javascript into the window (the javascript is under Related Items as a document):
- click Update which returns you to the form
- click on the checkbox for Allow forms and other possible insecure elements and attributes in the HTML?
- save the form
That will add that bit of Javascript to every page of the site (or every page within the specific basket if you did it in another basket besides the Site basket). It effectively rewrites a previously written Javascript function to behave how we would prefer.
