Possible path for Kete project

This is a possible process for managing the development of the Kete project going forward.
It is based on a couple of premises:
- That a Kete board is established representing programmers, host organisations and contributors.
- That members 'join' the board contributing an annual fee to pay for co-funding of enhancements with shared benefits.
- The board defines and defends the guiding principles / integrity of the Kete project: ie for the people by the people, not overdesigned, can be clever but has to look simple etc.
- That people may choose to develop enhancements with out referring to the board - and thats fine.
- That all deveopments and enhancements and changes to the code should be considered in relation to the main trunk.
I offer it here as a starting point for discussion that could be held at the community days in Auckland.
